Design

1
Concept Design
This phase focuses on exploring creative design solutions based on the owner’s program, functional needs, site conditions, and overall vision. Multiple design options may be developed to evaluate layout, massing, and architectural character before moving forward.
2
Design Development
The selected concept is refined into a more detailed architectural design. This phase includes developing floor plans, elevations, and key design elements to better define the project scope and allow for early cost estimating and decision-making.
3
Construction & Permit Documents
Complete architectural drawings are prepared for permit approval and construction. These documents are carefully coordinated to clearly communicate design intent, technical requirements, and construction details to the contractor and governing authorities.
4
Construction Support (as needed
Support is provided to the owner and contractor throughout the construction process. This may include reviewing shop drawings, responding to questions to ensure the project is built according to the approved design.
5
3D Interior & Exterior Renderings
High-quality interior and exterior renderings can be created to help visualize the finished project. These renderings allow clients to better understand design concepts, materials, and spatial relationships before construction begins.
